How to use the Helpdesk in your language?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to keep our helpdesk up to date in all languages. It is therefore advisable to use the convenient translation functions of your browser.
Microsoft Edge:
If you have not already done so, you can activate the translation of websites in the Microsoft Edge settings.
You can then simply right-click on the relevant page to activate the ’

Firefox automatically recognises the language of the website and offers a translation into your language.
You can use this symbol in the URL bar of the browser to customise the translation or select a different language.
