Return conditions
The goods must be returned within the legally valid period, in perfect, undamaged and unused condition and in proper packaging (OVP/original packaging).
We reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value or expenses due to damage, missing parts, soiling or obvious signs of use, with an amount equal to our restoration costs, but at least 15% of the value of the goods. This also includes damage, traces and transport damage caused by improper packaging.
Freight costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the sender and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label on request. You can also create this return label yourself.

The costs for the return will be deducted from the refund. The amount of the return shipping costs is at least the same as the shipping costs.
Costs for returns within the Federal Republic of Germany:
The costs for the return shipment correspond to the outgoing costs, but at least € 7.00 for parcel freight and € 165.00 for forwarding freight
Costs for returns within the EU (except Germany):
The costs for the return shipment correspond to the outbound shipping costs, but at least € 20.00 for parcel freight and € 185.00 for forwarding freight
Return costs for Great Britain and Switzerland:
The costs for the return shipment correspond to the outbound shipping costs, but at least € 25.00 for parcel freight and € 245.00 for forwarding freight
Only in the event of a justified complaint recognised by us (e.g. faulty or damaged goods) will we bear the freight costs for return or replacement.
