Log in to your customer account, select the appropriate order and click on ‘Request return’.
Wait for our response! We will check your enquiry and send you a return label.
Pack the goods, stick on the return label and hand them in at the nearest DHL collection point.
TIP: Sometimes you can also give it to the postman if you ask him nicely.
