Return conditions The goods must be returned within the legally valid period, in perfect, undamaged and unused condition and in proper packaging (OVP/original packaging). We reserve the right to deduct any reduction in value or expenses due to damage, missing parts, soiling or obvious signs of use, with an amount equal to our restoration costs, but at least 15% of the value of the goods.
